İhale dokümanı, aşağıdaki adrese yapılacak yazılı talep üzerine ücretsiz olarak elektronik ortamda gönderilir. Teklifler, kapalı zarf içinde İdarenin adresine elden veya kargo ile teslim edilir; ayrıca taranmış nüsha elektronik posta ile gönderilir.

Bu ihale kapsamında imzalanacak sözleşme, FAO’nun yazılı ön onayına tabidir. İdare, hiçbir teklifi kabul etmeme ve ihaleyi iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar. İstekliler bu nedenle herhangi bir tazminat talep edemez.

Field Feasibility and Pilot Demonstration Works

Seed Training Culture and Nature Association invites bids, through a competitive tender procedure, for the “Field Feasibility and Pilot Demonstration Works” to be carried out in Karapınar district, Konya province, under GEF-financed project GCP/TUR/11826/GFF, for which FAO is the Implementing Agency.

Minimum qualification requirements

• At least 2 similar assignments completed in the last 5 years, each of at least USD 50,000

• Average annual turnover over the last 2 years of at least 50% of the bid price

• Key personnel: Team Leader (10 years) and OHS Specialist (Class C minimum)

• Laboratory services accredited to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 (in-house or contracted)

• Ownership of, or a commitment to hire, the vehicles and plant required for the field Works

Obtaining the document and submitting bids

The tender document is provided free of charge in electronic form upon written request to the address below. Bids are submitted in a sealed envelope by hand or courier to the address of the Contracting Authority, with a scanned copy sent by e-mail.

The contract to be signed under this tender is subject to the written prior approval of FAO. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel the tender; bidders shall have no claim for compensation.
